Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Therapy.
Simply return any Therapy purchase does not meet your expectations.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
The returned garment(s) must be unworn - free of perfume, pet hair, and smoke,etc.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Complete the return/exchange form included with your order or request a form be emailed to you at [email protected]
2. Mail your return/exchange* to:
*Please note: The cost to ship a return is your responsibility. Use your own trackable and insured shipping methods at your discretion as Therapy is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
*Therapy will pay the shipping cost to send your exchanged item(s).
Upon receipt of your return/exchange we will exchange the item(s) or issue a refund for the clothing purchase price. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Depending on your issuing bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
International customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. We will send you an email with shipping options/costs upon receipt of your exchange.
